Location: Kadıköy District, Istanbul

Facade  Concept Design: Patzchke Architekten
Type of Agreement: Turnkey agreement with Property Owners within Urban Regeneration Law.

Role of MECC: Management of Design & Investment as Investor & Developer.

Development  Summary:

- Negotiation and agreement processes with the existing stakeholders in urban regeneration site.
- Coordination and management of architectural projects in accordance with the contract with property owners &         regulations.

- Coordination of the subcontractors to ensure harmony and quality, managing the construction processes to be completed  on time and in high quality
- Receiving the planned construction licence & residence licence from local regulatory bodies.
