Architectural Concept Design: Patzchke Architekten

Size: 28 acres sized area,Composed of 300 housing units and commercial units
Project Partners: Amplio Company (Turkish-German Partnership) , Land Owners, Beyoğlu Municipality, Ministry of Urbanism & Environment
Type of Agreement: Urban Regeneration & Construction Agreement

Role of MECC: Management of Design, Negotiation and  Planning Processes, Coordination Among Stakeholders

Development Summary:
-   Negotiation and agreement processes with the existing stakeholders,

-   Signing agreements with 100% of the stakeholders, while the regulation took conformity in signing 60% of stakeholders

-   Management of agreement with municipality according to the 6306 nr. urban regeneration law ,

-   Organization of international architectural concept project competition for ‘Haliçenazır Project’. Concep project winner            was Patzchke Architekten from Berlin. Later we studied implementation architectural plans with MAR Architects as local          architects.

-   Coordination and management of architectural draft and implementation projects with local teams.

-   Management of communications with various institutions, coordination of development plan revisions with the
     Ministry of Urbanism and Environment and Beyoğlu District Municipality.
